This 1/72 scale plastic model assembly kit recreates the M103A2 heavy tank, the US Army and Marine Corps’ 65‑ton behemoth in service from 1957 to 1974. Armed with a 120 mm M58 rifled cannon and shielded by up to 180 mm of turret‑front armor, the M103A2 posed a formidable challenge to any Cold War adversary. Dragon’s new tooling delivers a host of separately moulded components—engine deck, fenders, travelling locks, searchlight and storage rack—alongside a completely redesigned turret with crisply engraved weld seams. Clever parts separation simplifies assembly, while finely detailed surface textures capture every bolt, grille and panel line for museum‑quality realism. (Glue and paint not included.)
