The General Dynamics EF‑111A Raven, developed on the F‑111 Aardvark ground‑attack airframe, became the USAF’s premier electronic warfare platform from the late 1970s into the early 1990s. Its variable‑geometry wings and twin‑engine speed allowed it to escort strike packages at low altitude, while its prominent fin‑mounted “football” housed advanced terrain‑mapping radar, radar‑jamming pods, and electronic countermeasures. A redesigned cockpit accommodated both pilot and Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO), who managed the Raven’s state‑of‑the‑art systems during operations over Libya, Bosnia, and Iraq. This 1:72 scale model kit includes a new super‑decal sheet for two authentic Raven schemes and a full‑colour instruction guide. The completed model measures 311 mm in length. Skill Level 3.
