This 1/35 scale plastic model assembly kit recreates the SAS long‑wheelbase Land Rover Mk II “Pink Panther” used from 1970 onwards in desert operations. The open‑top vehicle is accurately depicted without doors or windscreen, bristling with twin general‑purpose machine‑gun mounts, smoke‑candle dischargers at each corner, a spotlight, pioneer tools and stowage lockers. Special equipment includes spare fuel tanks (for a road range of 1,100 miles), sand‑channels and a rear tailboard extension for extra stores. The kit captures fine details such as jerry‑can racks, radio gear mounts and vehicle weight plates. Assembly kit only—glue and paint required to complete.
