This 1/35 scale plastic model assembly kit recreates the British Challenger 1 (Mk.3) Main Battle Tank, a key asset for British forces during the 1991 Persian Gulf War. Armed with a formidable 120mm main gun, the Challenger 1 was instrumental in defeating Iraqi T-72 tanks, while its advanced composite and reactive armor provided excellent protection for the crew. This kit allows you to assemble a model of the Challenger 1 used by British or NATO forces. It includes nylon mesh parts to accurately depict the turret baskets, as well as two detailed figures: one representing a commander in desert attire, and the other in a NATO cold-weather uniform. The finished model is 338 mm long (without packaging). (Glue and paint not included.)
