Tamiya Yamaha XV1600 Road Star [1:12]
Item No: 14080

This 1:12 scale model kit from Tamiya accurately recreates the Yamaha XV1600 Road Star, blending traditional cruiser aesthetics with modern technology. Measuring 208 mm in length, 89 mm in width, and 100 mm in height, the model features a highly detailed 1,600cc air-cooled V-twin pushrod engine, complete with cooling fins, spark plugs, and a cooling fan. The brake and clutch lines are represented with soft vinyl tubing, enhancing realism. The spoke wheels and solid rubber tires are meticulously designed, while transparent display stands and multiple decals—featuring tank emblems and meter stripes—allow for an authentic representation of both the “Road Star” (for Japan and the U.S.) and the “Wild Star” (for Europe). The rear suspension and telescopic front forks further contribute to the model’s precision, making it a premium addition for collectors and enthusiasts.
