To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Pattuglia Acrobatica Nazionale (PAN) “Frecce Tricolori”, this special edition kit features three 1:72 scale MB-339s as flown by Italy’s renowned aerobatic team. Based at Rivolto Air Base since its official establishment in 1961, the 313° Gruppo Addestramento Acrobatico initially operated Canadair CL-13 Sabres and later Fiat G.91 PANs before adopting the two-seat Aermacchi MB-339 A, known for its excellent handling and versatility. The “Frecce Tricolori” remains the largest aerobatic team in the world, fielding over ten aircraft in synchronized displays of precision flying. This commemorative set includes a super decal sheet featuring markings for all team aircraft used in the 2021 anniversary display, honouring the legacy of Italy’s postwar aerobatic squadrons. The kit comes with three complete MB-339 models, colour instruction sheet, and is rated Skill Level 3. Final model length: 170 mm per aircraft.
